: 本來我是要求這個月前就離職 : 她跟我商量能不能做到領年終 : 她進這行才三個月 業績就已經算很好 : 年終少說有200k~300k可以領 : 她想要用年終帶沒出過國的父母出國去玩 其他部分恕刪，其他部分版友討論很多了，我想單就這一段來提供一點意見 可能跟男女版沒有太大關聯，如果版主覺得不適合，請來信給我刪文 我曾經在桃園某LED廠當過工程師，雖然時間不長 不過對於業內行情多多少少有一些了解 您的女友七月開始工作，工作到今年底我算他六個月 他所說的年終200~300K我也算他200K 意思是說他如果做滿一年可以拿到400K的年終獎金 以我當初新進工程師的月薪換算，約略是9個月的年終獎金 我是不知道你女朋友的公司有沒有這麼賺錢啦 不過據我所知LED公司的獲利似乎都........ 再者，我以前的公司跟我所知道的幾家同業 進去簽約應該都是年薪14個月(12個月+2個月年終)+績效跟分紅 或許你女朋友真的很厲害，績效跟分紅可以拿到很高 But 人生最重要的就是這個But 農曆年前領到的只有年終獎金的那兩個月 分紅是要年"中"才領 如果是這樣的話，那你女朋友的離職日期是不是又要延後到年"中" 然後又覺得快要年底了，再撐一下又可以領年終獎金 然後就是無限loop 我想你可能再跟你女朋友聊一聊，把他們公司年終獎金發放方式問清楚比較好 如果真的做半年年終獎金就有200~300K 麻煩私信給我他是哪家公司 我想跳槽，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.54.240
