【短片】曾銘宗：年底前取消股票面額10元

【廖珮君／台北報導】金管會主委曾銘宗說，中小企業建議股票面額10元取消，可讓新創事業彈性更大，金管會已充分研議，也請證交所和櫃買中心研究，預定年底前完成。
 
曾銘宗今晚出席2013年國際保險監理官協會IAIS晚宴時，表示現在外資來台掛牌已經沒有面額，未來會向投資人宣導。他說，現在股票面額有下限是10元，以後沒有下限，但還是有面額，只是讓他更具彈性，讓一些新創事業可以折價發行，可以取得更多資金。
