香格里拉台南遠東國際大飯店38樓醉月樓,即日起至10/31推出秋蟹宴,許忠賢主廚精選加拿大黃金蟹,以及清蒸大閘蟹、麻香藥膳紅蟳等鮮蟹料理,讓饕客大快朵頤當季秋蟹的鮮美滋味。

許忠賢主廚表示,今年特別選用新鮮空運來台的加拿大黃金蟹,黃金蟹肉質細嫩、味道鮮美、蟹腳細嫩紮實,這次運用不同的料理手法讓饕客品嚐黃金蟹的不同鮮美滋味,為了保留黃金蟹的鮮美原味,將鮮蟹燒至九分熟,再放入蛋、蔥段略炒,起鍋前淋上少許紹興酒,就是原汁鮮美的「寧式蛋炒黃金蟹」。

可以有2種吃法的「上海香辣黃金蟹」,作法是將蟹先過油,再加入蒜苗、蔥段、乾辣椒、主廚特製辣油、蒜味花生、筍絲拌炒後,盛放在砂鍋上享用後,再加入上海濃湯、豆腐、蔬菜,享受第二種風味。

喜歡大閘蟹的饕客,千萬不要錯過今年來自台東的大閘蟹,主廚推出清蒸圓籠極品大閘蟹A級約4兩6(約172.5~183.8公克) 0,特級5兩5以上(約187.5~221.3公克需3天前預訂)。
