【林媛玲／新北報導】新北市1名女子到派遣公司應徵電話客服員，8月底錄取後公司要求體檢時提供梅毒血清檢驗，女子認為嚴重侵犯隱私權，憤而向勞工局檢舉，勞工局認定驗梅毒與電話客服工作無正當合理關聯性，認定雇主違反《就業服務法》罰3萬元，由於就服法今年6月才針對民眾隱私資料通過施行細則，此也成為全國首件因違反個人隱私保護而開罰。
