紐約第五大道　全球店租最貴

【劉曉霞／台北報導】高力國際發布《2013年全球零售焦點報告》，香港購物街名列全球最貴店租第二、三名，台灣因百貨零售業買氣不彰，並未列入排名。不過，忠孝東路四段的東區商圈仍是國際連鎖品牌展店首選地段，即將進入台灣市場的H&M、GAP等時尚品牌，也積極在此找店面。

報告中指出，紐約、香港及倫敦購物街的店面租金最高，紐約第五大道以每年每坪10089美元，合台幣29萬2833元奪冠，其次是香港皇后大道中， 每年每坪要6899美元，合台幣20萬243元，香港尖沙咀廣東道以每年每坪6592美元，合台幣19萬1332元拿下第三。
