542旅爆性騷　男士官記大過

【王烱華／台北報導】陸軍6軍團542旅爆發郭姓男上士，10月8日在於營內以雙手搖晃同連的姚姓女下士頸部，導致其頸部挫扭傷，而被姚女的男友指稱為「性騷擾」，陸軍官員表示，此案調查發現，主要是雙方熟識嬉鬧所致，但因為郭上士已違反兩性營規，因此6軍團依「刑懲併行」原則，核予郭士「大過乙次」處分並調離現職，542旅並主動由幹部陪同姚姓女下士到新竹憲兵隊配合司法偵辦，以匡正軍紀。

立法委員劉建國召開記者會，姚姓女下士在542旅砲兵營被郭姓上士性騷擾長達3個月。姚女男友說，10月7日因姚女拒接電話，10月8日被掐脖子，10日10赴三總驗傷，診斷為頸部挫扭傷，疑似急性上咽炎。
