求償塑化劑 消基會將上訴

（中央社記者王朝鈺新北市17日電）消基會委任律師徐則鈺說，食管署網站告訴消費者，塑化劑吃下後，會在24小時內排除體外，法院依此判賠百萬，將提上訴。

昱伸、賓漢等公司涉嫌將塑化劑加入起雲劑中，消費者文教基金會於去年3月間，替500多位受害者提出民事團體訴訟，向包含源頭的「昱伸」與「賓漢」及下游廠商共計39家公司提出求償。

經過多次開庭，消基會從原本求償新台幣78億元，後來降為24億元，新北地方法院今天判決18家廠商共需賠償120萬7000餘元。

對於判決結果，消基會委任律師徐則鈺表示，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署網站告訴消費者，塑化劑吃下去後，會在24小時內排除體外，這項數據只是忠實反映國外動物實驗結果，未來將發文請主管機關解釋。

徐則鈺說，食管署不該將這項實驗訊息放在網站，被告以此項研究答辯，主管機關一方面要消費者提出告訴，另一方面卻又扯消費者後腿，「一定會上訴」，將進一步與專家學者研議，提出更積極證據。1021017
