表弟在台南失蹤， 他可能是因為生病的關係精神恍惚，現在人不知道在哪裡 身無分文，也沒有手機 尤其在這麼寒冷的天氣，家人都很擔心 請大家幫忙協尋，謝謝！ 這是他的照片： http://imgur.com/Fqqn8TY
