澳洲打小孩不犯法　醫師呼籲立法禁止

【綜合報導】在澳洲，父母體罰管教自己的孩子是不違法的，但當地醫生組織「澳洲皇家醫師學會」正在力倡呼籲立法，讓父母管教孩子的行為變成「違法」。

專家認為，現在澳洲許多家長「濫用」了對孩子的體罰，「很多兒童凶殺案的形成，就是體罰過度而出現問題」，專家說：「為了保護兒童，政府可以立法要求家庭泳池旁要安裝圍欄、禁止在車內吸煙，當然也應該立法保護我的的兒童免受體罰」，因為很多家長不知道正確教育孩子的方式，遇到問題時只知道用打罵來解決。
