【塗豐駿／台北報導】手機接到不明簡訊連結，小心詐騙！165反詐騙諮詢專線接獲民眾檢舉或報案，智慧型手機接到不明簡訊，內文有提供網路連結，一旦點選即開始安裝應用程式或下載檔案，甚至遭小額付費扣款，民眾應提高警覺避免在不之情狀況下額外付費。
 
桃園一名吳姓男子今年８月間，接到一封來源不明的手機簡訊，簡訊內容「吳ＸＸ，老同學來看我現在的照片能想起來我是誰嗎？安卓手機這裡看http://photo.appphoto.net」，吳男好奇點下連結網址，依指示下載檔名為.apk的手機應用軟體，隨後手機顯示一些照片，一個小時後，竟接獲電信公司傳來的小額付費簡訊通知，才驚覺受騙上當，損失金額6千元。
 
警方呼籲，民眾使用智慧型手機android系統，沒有上架於google play應用市場的手機應用程式未經審核，切勿下載使用，以免遭到額外計費，如誤觸下載應用程式，不要執行且務必移除，若接到不明來源簡訊或因此遭到詐騙，應立即撥打165反詐騙諮詢專線報案。
