【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國《富比士》雜誌(Forbes)公布《2013年全球權力榜》，俄羅斯總統普丁(Vladimir Putin)，壓倒美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)登上榜首，中國國家主席習近平名列第三，排名充分反映目前中、美、俄領袖左右全球局勢的影響力。

第4至10位排名依次是教宗方濟各(Pope Francis)、德國總理莫克(Angela Merkel)、《微軟》創辦人比爾蓋茨(Bill Gates)、美國聯儲局主席伯南克(Ben Bernanke)、沙烏地阿拉伯國王阿卜杜拉(King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz al Saud)、歐洲央行主席德拉吉(Mario Draghi)、沃瑪超市CEO杜克(Michael Duke)。莫克是10大中唯一入圍女性。

英國首相卡麥隆(David Cameron)排第11位，股神巴菲特(Warren Buffet)排13，中國國務院總理李克強排14位，香港長實主席李嘉誠排30位，排名還比聯合國秘書長潘基文(Ban Ki-moon)高2位，台灣鴻海總裁郭台銘則排行第48。
