針對衛福部發出公文要求下架隨後又撤銷的烏龍下架事件，味全30日指出，在衛福部針對健康廚房純橄欖油產品脂肪酸組成有疑慮下，將會先行下架，同時啟動消費者退貨機制以示負責。

衛福部抽驗市售宣稱100％、純正的油品，比對其脂肪酸分布，發現有油品成分疑似不純，網路更是瘋傳37件混油名單，其中包括泰山有2件宣稱百分之百的葡萄籽油(分別是原裝進口油及進口分裝油)、頂新有1件純葡萄籽油，及三多士1件進口純橄欖油，疑似有混油，目前尚在調查中。

衛福部次長許銘能30日晚間在記者會上說，這次是因為內部溝通訊息錯誤，是食藥署在下午發公文給地方衛生局時，署的同仁誤認是要求要業者下架，但其實是要求地方衛生局去調查這包含泰山、頂新等不完全符合植物油脂肪酸的源頭和製造工廠，必須要有具體的資料去證明脂肪酸不完全符合，才能進行判定，現已發公文要求撤銷這份要求下架的文件。
