持麥克風半夜臭罵鄰居　失眠男被訴誹謗

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市56歲謝姓男子今年3月30日到4月21日之間，多次在6樓住處用伴唱機麥克風加上音響喇叭，大罵7樓鄰居林姓男子「畜牲」、「卑鄙無恥」、「人渣」等語，還要林男「吃不完兜著走」，被林男錄音提告。新北地檢署今起訴謝男2次誹謗罪嫌、1次恐嚇危害安全罪嫌，合併最重可判刑4年。

謝男坦承在家用伴唱機喇叭放送臭罵林男的話，辯稱林男不時在屋內拖拉家具、敲擊地板製造噪音，害他睡不好影響工作，他多次反映均無效，才出此下策。

檢方勘驗林男提供的錄音內容，發現謝男有一次在半夜12時許開罵，罵了幾句話似乎覺得擾鄰，不忘向左鄰右舍喊話道歉，強調自己罵的是7樓鄰居。
