【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】儘管市場普遍憂心，美國政府在10月關門16天，恐危及整體經濟成長動能，但最新公布的10月ISM製造業指數卻意外由9月56.2進一步攀升至56.4，創2011年4月以來新高，遠優於市場預估的下滑至55，反映美國製造業動能依然強勁。
