德國雙性特徵新生兒　可標「性別未定」

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】德國一出生就擁有雙性特徵的嬰兒，從11月1日起可在出生證明上填寫「性別未定」，這個法律旨在解除父母壓力，不用急著替擁有雙性特徵的新生兒決定性別，德國護照也將比照辦理，設置雙性人選擇標示「X」，以保障雙性人的權益。德國也成為歐洲第一個立法承認第三性的國家。

根據德國政府2007年的統計，每年當地平均至少有150名雙性嬰兒出生，這些嬰兒一出生就被迫動手術決定性別，一名當事人在被迫做了性別選擇手術多年後表示：「我既不是男人，也不是女人，而是那種在醫生手術刀下被拼湊出來的東西，肉體與精神傷痕纍纍。」

不過這項法律也引發擔憂表示，恐讓婚姻和同性伴侶相關法律更加複雜，也有人認為光是承認第三性的法律還不夠，政府應該研擬更周全的相關配套措施。
