感受開放氛圍 陳菊安排陳光誠訪美麗島

中國維權盲人律師陳光誠定7月2日訪問高雄市，高雄市長陳菊說，屆時將安排陳光誠參訪捷運美麗島站人權學堂，及介紹多元的發聲管道，讓他感受高雄自由開放的氛圍為主。

陳菊說，陳光誠到高雄市時，她正好搭乘太陽公主號郵輪到日本行銷城市，她無法親自接待。她說，高雄市人權委員會將接待陳光誠，並由市府顧問范巽綠等高雄市人權委員會介紹高雄市是人權城市。

范巽綠表示，「美麗島事件」發生地點是大港浦大圓環，目前己因捷運紅、橘線交匯而改成了高捷美麗島站，市府在車站內設人權會堂、美麗島會廊等，還有這些會堂和會廊常常有多元人權議題的討論，包括法令、制度和性別等，屆時將導引陳光誠到此參觀，並介紹這個曾是美麗島事件發生地。

范巽綠說，陳菊為了落實人權城市，2008年成立人權委員會，這幾年來一直在檢視法令、執法，推動人權教育還有種子學校和種子老師的培養等，包括馬上辦中心1999都是人權、維權發聲的管道。
