【政治中心／台北報導】國防部長高華柱目前正在總統府，向馬英九總統報告軍中改革方案，國防部也將在1600時，在國防部舉行臨時記者會，由行政院羅政務委員、高部長說明「國軍改革人權保障作為」報告。
