因為實在太多站內信了,我在這就大概分享一下整個職場生涯. 早上用手機實在很難一一回信........................... 小弟四中碩畢且是研發替代役,以下就用大概簡介一下吧~ 99年: 職稱:RD 起薪:40000(*13) 獎金/分紅:無 內容:大型終端設備設計除錯(新人基本上都是在做基本焊接...) 出差:無 100年:(因第一加公司實在是太爛了,所以就申請轉調) 職稱:從RD一路做到senior RD 起薪:44000(*17)(遇到好主管調薪到50000，然後再調到53000) 獎金/分紅:保14加上績效獎金以及年中獎金整年約17個月 內容:LTE Mobile router/dongle，IAD 出差:每年約3個月在大陸 102年:(想要挑戰自我，所以選擇跳槽) 職稱:senior RD 起薪:56000(*17) 獎金/分紅:保14加上績效獎金以及年終獎金整年約17個月，外加股票~ 內容:IAD 出差:每年約6個月在大陸 純粹只是想分享且幫版上剛畢業業的新人打氣，如果資料不詳細，請多包含~ 另外，工時基本上從100年以後都很長，因為我個人習慣6.30到公司，所以原則上 每天都會大於12小時~! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.86.7
