標題[問題] 離職薪水問題

對於離職後的薪水，有些問題想詢問大家的意見 我之前的公司發薪水有個制度是10日發薪水；15日發獎金 那原則上，每個月都有兩筆錢進來 但在上月(9月)我就做到月底，因為有請事假兩天 所以全勤獎金被扣掉--正常 請事假那兩天的薪水被扣掉--也正常 就在今天發獎金的日子裡，我的獎金被扣掉，半毛也沒有 這樣合理嗎? 請以前的同事幫我詢問老闆，老闆給我的理由是因為我上班時數沒有補足一個月 可是如果是在職員工上班遲到或時數未補足，也會給獎金 他這樣實在是有在凹離職員工的心態 因為最近期離職的同事都有這樣的問題 想請問我應該力爭我該有的權益，還是就放棄，當作做慈善呢? 雖然在8月的時候，就因為喪假的問題，送他2000的全勤獎金 所以真得很不甘心就這樣被他坑掉 但又不知該不該爭取 想請問各位大大的意見，來做參考 再麻煩您們大家了 先說聲謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.195.68
