親民黨：總統手刃證所稅 社會沒公義

【李英婷／台北報導】證所稅修正案已超過一個月協商冷凍期，明(25)日院會將以表決拚過關。親民黨團總召李桐豪上午舉行記者會表達強烈抗議，要求先行表決親民黨團版本，即採設算所得、分離課稅方式，並應訂定6年導入期，否則將臨時提出修正動議，要求廢除證所稅。

李指出，股市受衝擊，政府須有適當的貨幣政策與強化產業體質的經濟政策來因應，而非單靠證所稅調整解決；且財政部版證所稅，只會創造更為投機的交易環境，無助於國家健全資本市場的發展，儼然悖離馬英九總統曾承諾的社會公平正義。
