李嘉誠擬600億出售「百佳」超市

【綜合報導】《道瓊》通訊社引述消息指出，華人首富李嘉誠計畫出售和記黃埔旗下、號稱幫李嘉誠「日日賺」的百佳超級市場(PARKnSHOP)，開價約10億至20億美元(約台幣300億至600億元)。

消息人士指出，和記黃埔今年6月就已「拍板」要賣百佳，將在8月中完成「盡職審查」(due-diligence)。百佳目前在港、澳與中國大陸共有超過260家分店，市場佔有率極高。消息人士也表示，百佳的相關財務資料，很快就會向潛在競標者發出。
