餐廳名稱：富城燒臘 消費時間：2013年/7月 地址：台中市西屯區重慶路263號 電話：04-2316-6016、04-2316-0881 每人平均價位：75 推薦菜色：鴨腿 圖文：http://tunabagel.net/roast_duck_2/ 部落格原影射部份在此已刪除，可放心閱讀。 富城燒臘這個名字光聽就覺得應該不錯，如果 能弄到一個郭富城簽名那就更好（金排球）。 鴨腿飯老樣子裝在紙餐盤裡，配菜有韭菜炒茄 子（第一次吃到這種搭配，還不賴）、菜脯蛋 （菜脯是軟的，口感較普通）、以及炒高麗菜 三種，算是比普通便當店菜色稍微好吃一點點 ，也沒有湯汁橫流的問題，整盤飯算是乾爽的 。 75元的餐點份量算是一般中上，可能是鴨腿比 較大隻，還是吃不完（會被雷公劈）。一口咬 下鴨腿，這鴨皮烤得紅透，雖然不算酥脆，但 吃得到烤鴨皮的微微焦香。 鴨皮和鴨肉中間的脂肪不少、更增添濃郁感， 而鴨肉帶著鴨子的獨特香味，尤其再刷上那一 層半凍狀的甜醬，個人覺得還蠻好吃的，推！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.89.172
