買不到便當　男持鋁湯杓殺廚師

【突發中心／台北報導】買便當竟鬧出人命！北市一名男子昨到便當店買晚餐，因選餐猶豫不決遭女店員催促，雙方起口角，在二樓的男廚師衝下樓幫腔：「你要買就買、不買就離開！」男子火大拿起湯杓揮打，廚師也持短棍回擊，但廚師頭部遭擊，痛得抱頭蹲地，男子趁機將斷裂的鋁製湯杓柄猛刺廚師頸部，廚師送醫後流血過多不治身亡。

警方表示，靠打零工為生的兇嫌林姓男子（35歲）是便當店常客，店員抱怨他脾氣差，每回點菜都要折騰半天，讓店員很頭痛。被刺死的吳姓廚師（38歲）是單親爸爸，育有一雙兒女，還有高齡母親要照料，他在便當店當廚師三年，其母接到噩耗趕至醫院，痛哭：「早上約好要提前慶祝父親節，晚上卻變成這樣！」
