【短片】買便當被拒　鋁湯杓殺死廚師

【突發中心／台北報導】北市一名男子昨到便當店買晚餐，因選餐猶豫不決遭女店員催促，雙方起口角，在二樓的男廚師衝下樓幫腔：「你要買就買、不買就離開！」男子火大拿起湯杓揮打，廚師也持短棍回擊，但廚師頭部遭擊，痛得抱頭蹲地，男子趁機將斷裂的鋁製湯杓柄猛刺廚師頸部，廚師送醫後流血過多不治，身後留下母親和一雙兒女。
