【短片】藕凍尬鮮奶　張花冠喊「喔伊系」

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義縣政府與水上鄉農會，今天在水上農會舉辦「2013藕嘉鮮奶節」，縣長張花冠及立委陳明文，以嘉義縣鮮乳和水上鄉蓮藕為食材，現場製作「藕嘉鮮奶凍」與「粉紅奶」，另有陽明醫院醫師盧智賢的健康飲食講座。
 
縣府表示，嘉義縣牛乳年產量21,593公噸，占全國6.2％，羊乳年產量2,481公噸，占全國14.6％，畜牧業者努力取得鮮乳標章及羊乳標章，尤其是嘉南羊乳，擁有供應瑞穗鮮乳品牌過半乳品的契約場，且是國內第一家榮獲歐盟頒發「世界食品評鑑會頂級金牌獎」。而水上鄉農會也推出「水上蓮」蓮花蓮藕系列品牌，廣受好評。
