德8月投資人信心佳　歐股漲

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】受惠於德國8月投資人信心優於預期，激勵歐洲STOXX 600指數連續4天上揚，德、法股盤中一度小漲逾0.5%。
 
德國曼罕歐洲經濟研究所公布8月投資人信心指數，從7月的36.3攀升至42，優於先前市場預估值39.9，再添歐洲經濟將重拾動能一例。
