監視器黑畫面 桃檢：疑軍方疏於維修

【張沛森、吳詠平／桃園報導】桃園地檢署檢連日來過濾269旅禁閉室監視器，並未發現有事後刪除畫面的情形，而且經交叉比對和訊問軍方相關人後，專案小組研判「人為故意刪除」畫面的可能性也不高，懷疑出現「有錄無影」的黑畫面，可能與軍方疏於維修和監視器線路老舊有關，若進展順利近日就可結案。
