美國成屋待銷售由高點下滑　美股跌

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】受累於房貸利率攀升抑制房市，美國國家不動產協會（NAR）公布6月成屋待完成銷售由5月創下的6年來高點5.8%下滑至月減0.4%，拖累美股開低，其中道瓊工業指數早盤一度跌逾66點，或跌幅0.43%；S&P 500指數自2011年10月以來最大單月漲幅收斂，一度跌逾0.4%
