快訊　凱旋夜市開幕日跳電　「黑壓壓」好囧

【綜合報導】擁有200多個攤位的「凱旋觀光夜市」今開幕，不過首日就出現大跳電，現場黑壓壓一片，有攤販拿著手電筒繼續營業，相當克難，長達10分鐘才恢復供電。

《TVBS新聞》報導，開幕第1天的凱旋夜市竟然跳電，現場黑壓壓一片，許多民眾拿起手機「照明」，10分鐘後雖然恢復供電，之後陸續跳電好幾次，很多人逛夜市第一次遇到停電，摸黑逛夜市還覺得很新鮮。
