遭質疑濫權調查及人事鬥爭　特偵組否認

【蔣永佑／台北報導】特偵組晚間第三度發出新聞稿，否認外界質疑特偵組「濫權調查」及法務部長曾勇夫表示是因「人事恩怨」而遭報復。
 
特偵組表示，檢察官因全民電通案未上訴，懷疑其中有貪瀆犯嫌，因此依《刑事訴訟法》發動偵查作為，傳喚相關證人及清查事證，但因查無對價關係，認定是行政違法而結案，並將違法關說部分移請權責機關查處，並無濫權調查。
 
至於是否因人事升遷挾怨報復，檢察總長黃世銘表示，他一向依法本於良知及證據來領導檢察官辦案，部長曾勇夫及台高檢檢察長陳守煌究竟有無關說，特偵組已詳列具體證據，全案是因偵辦高等法院法官貪瀆意外查獲，並非憑空杜撰、無中生有，希望外界不必導引至莫須有的人事恩怨問題。
