百貨公司周年慶熱鬧開打，根據統計，台北市7大百貨商圈的套房均價為每坪82.4萬元，高出北市套房均價63.8萬元將近3成，其中，敦南SOGO百貨商圈及101購物中心套房，因兼具學區宅優勢，套房平均單價更要上百萬元。

好房網依據內政部不動產實價查詢網資料，統計台北市精華區7大百貨公司商圈成交資料發現，平均單價最高的SOGO敦南商圈及排名第二的101商圈套房，分別以每坪105.8萬元及105.2萬元，穩坐百萬俱樂部。

好房網總編輯吳光中表示，台北市百貨公司密度高，且多緊鄰捷運站出入口，便捷的交通動線、精華的路段，加上大批的逛街人潮與商機，不僅符合百貨公司周邊自成一氣的單身住房需求熱，完善的生活機能，更能提高出租率，不僅吸引自住客，也是置產族的最佳選擇。

如果不考慮學區因素，吳光中建議，緊鄰SOGO敦南商圈的SOGO忠孝商圈套房，平均單價96.8萬元，走路不到10分鐘的路程，單坪價差達9萬之多，不僅具百貨、商業、娛樂等機能，更有多條捷運轉運優勢加持，可說是喜愛熱鬧的單身置產族或頂客族最佳選擇。

而101購物中心商圈與附近的統一阪急商圈套房單坪均價也有6.9萬元的價差，結合轉運站、百貨商圈、近市政府及國父紀念館等優勢，成為通勤租屋族的購屋首選。 (接下一頁)
