美國7月新屋銷售下滑13.4%

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】美國商務部今晚公布，7月新屋銷售下滑13.4%，折合年率銷售數量為39.4萬棟，為去年10月以來最差紀錄，明顯低於6月銷量45.5萬棟，也不及市場原估目標48.7萬棟。
 
道明證券美國利率研究主管穆爾拉尼表示。「7月新屋銷售數據顯示，美國房市不會為整體經濟提供如先前所預期的支撐力道。」新屋銷售數據不佳，衝擊美股多頭氣勢，道瓊工業指數漲幅一度縮減至0.03%。
