南投縣政府消防第三大隊水里消防分隊配合南投縣政府及財團法人愚人之友社會福利慈善事業基金會，在水里鄉中央村活動中心辦理「102年度長青健康活力補給站暨防火防災及救護宣導」，此次宣導活動，水里消防分隊動員了水里婦女防火宣導隊及水里鳳凰志工各2人協助辦理。

現場有各項宣導活動，內容包含用火用電安全宣導、滅火器使用要領、如何防範一氧化碳中毒宣導、住宅用火災警報器宣導、如何辨別爆竹煙火認可標示、液化石油氣「鋼瓶檢驗卡」及液化石油氣定型化契約宣導、防颱防震及土石流災害等防災常識宣導、CPR及哈姆立克法等救護宣導；並實施天然災害應變及疏散演練活動，參與的銀髮族都很用心學習各項防火、防災及救護技術。
