交通部觀光局結合觀光文化產業與城市行銷，訂於11月9日下午18時30分，在日月潭向山遊客中心舉行「2013臺灣自行車節-日月潭Come！Bikeday系列活動－南風電影發表會」，屆時將帶你一起進入單車之旅的異想世界！

「南風」電影係一部由台日共同合作的電影，以自行車作為電影主軸，透過電影主角的單車之旅，將台灣各地的美景經由電影鏡頭拍攝呈現出來，行塑台灣新觀光形象，未來此部電影將於台灣和日本等各地發行，有助於提升台灣在國際間之能見度，行銷台灣的優質觀光。

交通部觀光局日月潭國家風景區管理處為配合102年11月9日南風電影發表會，特別將原訂於11月9日晚間於水社碼頭施放煙火，更改至向山遊客中心於南風電影發表會結束後施放(約為晚間8時)，除能為當天電影發表會更添風采外，亦為102年11月10日於向山遊客中心舉行的「2013臺灣自行車節-日月潭Come！Bikeday單車活動」揭開序幕，歡迎各界朋友參與。
