上海國壽將再出手買樓

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰金（2882）今晚代旗下子公司國泰人壽公告子公司霖園置業(上海)有限公司將購買不動產，金額與標的均未透露。
 
國壽副總林昭廷說，目前正在洽談幾個標的，等確定後會再公告，希望可以快點有好消息，額度不會超過8.2億元人民幣，僅能自用。
 
上海國壽希望能有自己的行舍，金管會核准國壽投資中國不動產的總額度為15億元人民幣，去年首度以總價人民幣6.8億元（約新台幣32.8億元）購買上海浦東新區「東方金融廣場」5個樓層作為國泰金總部，已用掉約一半的額度。
