玉山金外資持股逾48%　居金控之冠

【黃國棟／台北報導】玉山金（2884)今天舉辦今年第2季法說會，今年上半年稅後純益43.6億元，每股純益0.87元。較去年同期成長14.7%，創下歷年同期的歷史新高紀錄。玉山金總經理黃男州表示，今年上半年的業務布局，以提升綜合績效、亞洲布局及金融創新為3大策略，而玉山金的外資持股比例，截至8月23日為止來到48.45%，成為15家金控中的第1名，凸顯外資看好玉山金的未來發展。

玉山金表示，今年的亞洲布局預計在今年第3季前完成柬埔寨聯合商業銀行70%的股權交易，另外今年7月在緬甸金邊也正式申設辦事處。而中國的東莞分行也計劃申請人民幣業務。
