【綜合報導】「因為女方無法在我們2人之間做出選擇，所以我們同意共享她作為我們的妻子」。
 
肯亞近日傳出2名男性和一名女性感情糾葛超過4年多，2男為爭奪一女還鬧到警察出來協調，警方於是建議2人一起娶她，沒想到2男欣然同意，還立下同意書承諾會共同負擔女方的生活費，並養育女方的孩子，2男則會依女方安排日期，輪流到女方家生活，目前只知這名不願透露身份的女方，是育有2子的寡婦。
 
肯亞律師表示國家沒有明文禁止一妻多夫制，只要他們能證明在他們社會中一妻多夫制是個習俗，這個婚姻就能合法。
